How do I cancel an order? While we prefer that you not cancel orders, we understand that sometimes mistakes are made and there is a need to cancel an order you've just placed. Many times, your order will have already shipped, as we process and send orders quickly. However, the fastest way to try and cancel an order is to email us at info@partyamerica.com with "Cancel" in the subject field and your Order Number in the body of the email. If we receive it in time, no problem. If your order has been shipped already, you will be responsible for any shipping charges.
Please note: If your order includes an item that is particularly large, or if you have ordered in large quantities, our shipping calculator may not accurately give you the total shipping cost for your order. In most cases, this will not be a problem, but in the case of a large discrepancy, you will be notified of the difference and your order may be held pending your reply.
When will my order ship? Almost all orders will ship out on the same or next business day, depending on the time of day the order is placed. Most orders placed by 12 noon, Pacific Time will ship the same day. Exceptions might occur during rush holiday periods or if there is a problem getting a correct authorization with the credit card used to place the order. If time is of the essence, please let us know on the "Special Instructions" portion of the Order Form. Additionally, give us a quick way to contact you in the event of a problem.
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders generally ship the same or next business day. Arrival time depends on the service level you choose at the time you place the order (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day). Please refer to our Shipping Time Estimator to get specific information on how long it will take your order to get from us to you.
How do I track an order? Once you have placed your order, you check its status and track it by going to our Track Order page. Enter your order number in the first field and the zip code of the billing address in the second field, and then click the "Find Order" button.
Do you ship internationally to APO's/FPO's? Currently we ship within the United States only. Currently, our only carrier is UPS and they do not ship to P.O. boxes, including APO's and FPO's.
Product and Purchasing Answers
What's the quickest way to find what I'm looking for? Two ways: 1. Use the search field at the top of each page - enter key words like "spiderman costume" or "luau leis" and click the "SEARCH" button. 2. Visit our Product Finder. There, you can enter key words as well as the type of party or product you are looking for, to help narrow down your search.
How do I know if something is in stock? Our system will not let an order get placed for an item that is out of stock. You will be notified if the quantity or item you are requesting is not available. Our system will also let you know if we sell a similar product that could serve as a replacement.
Are your costumes officially licensed? Yes, our brand merchandise comes from the top vendors in the United States, and licensed costumes will bear the official logo or trademarked name.
Do you carry the same products online as at your stores? No, our stores carry many of the same products, but not all of the same. If you see something online but you'd like to purchase locally, write down the item number for the item(s), (found right underneath the item description on the individual item page). Then, call your nearest Party America store and ask if they have the item in stock. Consult our Store Locator to find the store nearest you.
