- How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you've selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing. Please note: If your order includes an item that is
particularly large, or if you have ordered in large
quantities, our shipping calculator may not accurately
give you the total shipping cost for your order. In most
cases, this will not be a problem, but in the case of a
large discrepancy, you will be notified of the
difference and your order may be held pending your
reply. |
- When will my order ship?
Most orders placed by 1:00 pm Central, Mon-Fri, will usually ship the same day, providing credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a holiday. Exceptions might occur
during rush holiday periods or if there is a problem getting a correct
authorization with the credit card used to place the order. If time is of the
essence, please let us know on the "Special Instructions" portion
of the Order Form. Additionally, give us a quick way to contact you in the
event of a problem.
- How will my order be shipped? Which service will be used?
You can choose the service level (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day) from
a drop-down menu on the order page when you place your order.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders generally ship the same or next business day. Arrival time depends
on the service level you choose at the time you place the order (Ground, 3-Day,
2-Day, or Next Day). Please refer to our
Shipping Time Estimator to get specific information on how long it will take
your order to get from us to you.
- How do I track an order?
Once you have placed your order, you check its status and track it by going to our
Track Order page. Enter your order number in the first field and the zip
code of the billing address in the second field, and then click the
"Find Order" button.
- Do you ship internationally or to APOs or FPOs?
We're sorry we can't accomodate international shipping at this time. We ship to APO's/FPO's, however orders must be shipped via USPS.

- Do you carry the same products online as at your stores?
No, our stores carry many of the same products, but not all of the same. If you see
something online but you'd like to purchase locally, write down the item number
for the item(s), (found right underneath the item description on the individual item page).
Then, call your nearest Party America store and ask if they have the item in stock.

- Can I redeem a promotional coupon given to me at one of your stores to
make an internet purchase?
Not at this time. You may receive your discount at one of our many store locations.
- Do you match prices between your stores and your website?
No, prices may vary from store to store and from store to website.
- Is there a Party America store near me that carries a certain product
I found on your website?
Perhaps so! The best thing to do is write down the item number for the item,
found right underneath the item description on the individual item page. Then,
call your nearest Party America store and ask if they have the item in stock.

Can I find the same stuff at each?
Our Party America stores are much larger than our Factory Stores and carry more items.
