From the moment your order is received by our system, you can track its status and progress.
Just have your order number and the zip code you used in the billing address for your order handy, and go to our
Order Tracking page.
If your order has already shipped, you will see the word Shipped
by each line item on your order, as well as a clickable link to your tracking information on the right side of the page.
Otherwise, you will probably see one of the following status codes on each of the line-items of your order:
Pending: This means your order was received by our system in the past few hours. Within the next
few hours, your order will be placed in a batch for processing by our warehouse.
Warehouse: This means that your order is currently in our warehouse. It is being picked and packed, and
within a few hours, you should receive notification that it has shipped.
Review: This means that our system detected billing information that does not match what your credit
card company has on file for the card you used. In most cases, we can resolve this quickly without having
to contact you or delay your order. However, in some cases, it will be necessary for us to reach you and
resolve the issue before shipping your order.
If you see multiple statuses on your order (for example, your order shows items that are "shipped" and items in
"warehouse"), if your order status does not match any of the statuses above, or if you have any questions about the
current status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know.
