Which forms of payment do you accept for orders placed online? We accept payment via credit and debit cards. Specifically, we accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover.
Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or purchase orders
for payment of orders placed online.
Please note: If your order includes an item that is
particularly large, or if you have ordered in large
quantities, our shipping calculator may not accurately
give you the total shipping cost for your order. In most
cases, this will not be a problem, but in the case of a
large discrepancy, you will be notified of the
difference and your order may be held pending your
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed by 1:00 pm Central, Mon-Fri, will usually ship the same day, providing credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a holiday. If time is of the
essence, please let us know on the "Special Instructions" portion
of the Order Form. Additionally, give us a quick way to contact you in the
event of a problem.
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders generally ship the same or next business day. Arrival time depends
on the service level you choose at the time you place the order (Ground, 3-Day,
2-Day, or Next Day). Please refer to our
Shipping Time Estimator to get specific information on how long it will take
your order to get from us to you.
How do I track an order? Once you have placed your order, you check its status and track it by going to our
Track Order page. Enter your order number in the first field and the zip
code of the billing address in the second field, and then click the
"Find Order" button.
How do I make changes to or cancel my order? We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you've selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing.
