We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.
All returned items must include the original Shipping Receipt. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only.
Return shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
All merchandise must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items include:
- Cosmetics / Makeup, eyelashes, facial hair, teeth, fangs, etc.
- Custom and Personalized items
- Helium Tanks
- Oversized Items / Life-sized Cutouts
- Partial Party Kits - Party Kits may only be returned complete, including all components originally specified within each kit. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually.
- Perishables (e.g., food items such as candy)
- Bulk Products
- Special Order Items - Including but not limited to: Mascots and Collector's Edition Costumes
How to Return Online with PartyAmerica.com:
Please read through our return policy to ensure your item is eligible for a return.
- All return products require a RAN (Return Authorization Number).
- A RAN must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- To request a RAN simply email info@PartyAmerica.com requesting a Return Authorization Number.
- Please include your name, phone number, order number, item(s) you are returning and the reason for return in your request for a RAN.
- Include your original packing slip with your return and write your Return Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of the package. Example: RA:123456
- Your return must be sent via a traceable shipping method so that your package may be tracked and receipt confirmed by your shipper of choice.
