Our 2007 Halloween Internet Policy
FOR OCTOBER 1 - NOVEMBER 3, 2007
All Halloween Products purchased on the PartyAmerica.com website, that are returns or exchanges,
must be received in our warehouse no later than the end of the day, Friday October 12, 2007. This
includes all items.
If you are purchasing AFTER this date, then ALL SALES ARE FINAL for Halloween related products
such as costumes, accessories, decorations and props. Additionally, purchases of Halloween merchandise
made before October 12, 2007 are considered final if they cannot be returned and received in our warehouse
by that date.
We realize it is difficult to make purchases without seeing items and, in the case of costumes,
without trying them on, and our normal return policy is much more relaxed after the Halloween
season. We have adopted our Halloween policy due to the unique challenges we face during this season, and it
is similar to the policies of most online costume retailers. We appreciate your understanding during
this busy time of year.
All appropriate return policies apply to all returned items. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise
only, and do not include shipping and handling.
- We will refuse any returned item(s) received in our warehouse after the close of business
on October 12, 2007.
- Sales of items that cannot be returned by Close of Business on October 12, 2007 are FINAL.
- Please Note: Depending upon shipping method selected, orders placed between September 21-October 12 may
fall into this catagory.
- Our regular return policy goes into effect for all items purchased after November 3, 2006.
All returns
must have a RAN # (Return Authorization Number). Any returns received without
a RAN # will be considered unauthorized and will not be credited. Your
RAN # must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. A RAN can be obtained

Please note that
all returns must be sent via a traceable method. If you mail your return, it
must have delivery confirmation on it. It is your (the customer’s) responsibility
to insure the returned item(s) in the event of loss or damage. Orders returned
via mail without a delivery confirmation are considered unauthorized returns,
and PartyAmerica.com will not be responsible for refunding these returned items
if there is no way to confirm receipt in our warehouse. Any returns received
after October 12, 2007, will be considered unauthorized and will not be credited.
Makeup, masks and wigs cannot be returned. Purchases for these items are final.
All returns must be received in new/unused condition with all of the original packaging. Any
damage or shortage must be reported when requesting an RAN. Any return found
to be short of items will be given no credit. Any returns that do not include
all original packaging will be given no credit, because they cannot be re-sold.
Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, and does not include shipping
and handling.
Cancellations:
Please also note that once orders have entered our automated system, it is very difficult for
orders to be cancelled. This is especially true during our busy Halloween season, which is October 1
– October 31, 2007. Once the order has entered into our system, which is almost immediately,
it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can do the following:
You can refuse the delivery (the box must NOT be signed for nor opened) and it will be treated as a regular
return. All applicable return policies will still apply. We cannot refund Shipping and Handling charges
on cancelled orders.
