Our Wizard of Oz scarecrow has a female twist. This cute felt-like patched dress has lace-up trim on the front and a zipper to the waist in the back. Both the sleeves of the dress and the brim of the patched hat have braid trim that simulates straw. Dress ties at the neck with the yellow ribbon that trim the neck. Polyester, hand wash.
