Top off the New Year with our Glittered New Year's Cone Hat! There are 12 hats per package. They come in an assortment of blue, green, purple, red dark blue and gold. Each hat has silver glitter Happy New Year lettering and star and swirl designs. There is a silver foil tinsel band around each hat. The hats are 9" high.
